General Information
Ellagajewska.com Shop offers only hand-made hats, designed and created in Ella Gajewska milliner's atelier in London.
We sell hats that are made with passion, and from best quality materials. Each and every hat has a different finish, and thus is unique and considered a work of art.
All the headwear presented in the Shop are finished, and ready for shipping on the day of the purchase. We send our hats by post to almost every place in the world.
We accept payments via the Paypal system, guaranteeing convenience and data security.            
Our products have a warranty. If, for any reason, you will not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
We also take special orders – the possibility to create a customized hat especially for you, taking into account your hints and preferences.

General terms

1. The Shop  conducts retail sales on the Internet.

2. All products on sale in www.ellagajewska.com shop are new and free from defects.

3. The Shop’s offer is addressed to customers from all around the world.

4. All the products that appear on the Shop website as available are in our possession and ready to be shipped on the following day after the placement of the order.

5. Prices shown on the website are gross unit prices in British pounds. They are binding at the moment of placing an order by a customer. The final price of each order will include the cost of shipping. Prices of shipment to a given country are listed in Shipping Terms and Costs. (link ).


6. Each product is sent with the name of the purchaser on the invoice.


Execution of orders

1. Orders are carried out when, and only when, the order form posted on the Shop's website  www.ellagajewska.com, is correctly filed in.

2. Orders are received 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

3. The execution of the order starts at the moment of receiving a payment through the Internet website.

4. The moment that the payment is realised, the purchaser will automatically receive a purchase confirmation e-mail containing also the  approximate time of delivery.

5.  The customer placing an order  confirms that he has read and accepts the Shop terms & conditions.


Methods of Payment

1.  Payments for purchases and the shipping of purchased goods can be made electronically via the Paypal system, or with credit and debit cards listed in Payments (link).


Shipping

Ordered goods are sent by post. The cost of shipping is borne by the purchaser, and it is collected at the moment of purchase. Costs and the approximate time of delivery are listed in   Shipping Terms and Costs (link).

The purchaser bears all the custom and tax costs demanded in the target country (does not concern European Union countries, as our products delivered to the EU countries are not subject to custom duties).


Warranty, Complaints, Returns

1.Warranty

 The purchaser has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery.  

The condition of reimbursement is sending back an unused, undamaged, and originally packed product with the tags still attached, as well as the  proof of purchase (invoice). The  price equivalent will be returned through a bank transfer or  a money postal order. The costs of shipping are not reimbursed by the Shop.


2. Complaints and Returns

In the case of finding the received product faulty, the purchaser has the right to lodge a complaint. To do so, the purchaser should send back the faulty product to the company's address. After admitting the claim the product will be repaired or exchanged for a new one, and if it is not possible, the Shop will return the equivalent of the product's price to the purchaser.

 Privacy policy
All the data needed for the client service and the execution of orders are confidential and will not be revealed to any third party. The Shop uses the necessary technology and guarantees data security.  

Copyrights

All designs of the products on offer, logotypes, patents, solutions, graphics and pictures posted on the  www.ellagajewska.com are the property of the company: Ella Gajewska Millinery and are protected by copyrights and patent rights. Any copying and processing of the Shop website content, especially the pictures, is forbidden and will be subject to prosecution.
 

Final provisions

The above terms and provisions are with respect to English law. All disputes related to the Rules and the Shop’s activities will be considered by the English court, respective for the Ella Gajewska Millinery company headquarters address.
